Bioplasty, the plastic procedure performed without surgery that rejuvenates and beautifies

Do you wish to go back in time with a better look than ever before? Bioplasty is a good alternative!

In this article, I turn to people who want to erase signs of aging, but also want to be more beautiful. Youth is not necessarily synonymous with beauty. Aesthetically speaking, youth is, for example, having firm muscles and smooth skin. But often that does not determine one’s pleasant appearance nor for those who look at him or her. Thus, Bioplasty is able not only to recover the bloom of youth, but also to add beauty to where previously the traits and the appearance may not have been so beautiful and harmonious. With Bioplasty, it is possible to restore volume lost along the aging process, providing a natural rejuvenation and, through volume play, to obtain balance and embellishment.

I have the following motto: “If I can beautify, I beautify; if I cannot beautify, I improve; if I cannot improve, I operate; if I cannot operate, I comfort.”

Rejuvenation with embellishment

Conventional techniques remove excess and rejuvenate, but do not add beauty. Bioplasty rejuvenates while it beautifies because it brings the possibility of creating more harmonious lines on the one who does not have them, to make beautiful the one who not necessarily is, and to enhance the existing natural beauty. The technique works as a sculptor, turning shadow into light, recovering aged face design or complementing and enriching the results of former plastic surgeries.

Other rejuvenation processes can recover signs of beauty which time has taken away, but only Bioplasty can do more than that, since it can create beauty. Through it, it is possible to leave the malar area more prominent to illuminate the face, define the jaw line and reach the blush effect by creating a slight depression on the cheek, resulting in correct proportion between nose and chin, common features found in most beautiful western women.

Whatever the patient’s wishes may be, after thoroughly studying his or her physical constitution, the doctor may redesign his or her face by adjusting facial lines and enhancing the once-upon-a-time hidden beauty.

Bioplasty and the beauty of the face

Do you wish to give your face traces of the so sought-after classical facial look? Bioplasty can help you.

In this article, you will get to know which are the traits and lines of beauty and how Bioplasty can help you get them—if you do not have them—, or if you would like to enhance them—if you already have them—, for Bioplasty, besides making one beautiful, can also turn those who already are even more beautiful!

Classical beauty is the perennial beauty, eternal, universal, which is independent of standards or fashion trends. It is a pattern of ancient beauty that is etched in the collective unconscious and is easily recognizable. But even when we see a classical beautiful face, we do not always know why it is beautiful, despite recognizing that it is so! Where does this kind of beauty come from? What defines it? Which facial signals should be highlighted in order to show this perennial beauty?

irst, let’s deal with the classical beauty lines. Deep studies on common facial features of beautiful people revealed that the lines that give harmony and beauty to the face are the following:

  • More prominent malar area to illuminate the face;
  • Ledefined jaw line to boost beauty;
  • Mild depression in the cheek (“blush effect”) to enhance charm;
  • Correct proportion between nose and chin to give balance to the profile.

And, in fact, those lines are nothing else but strategically placed volumes which provide movement and a combination of light and shade to the face, thus reflecting that beauty concept.

Now, let’s see how to get these classical lines to beautify your face. Based on the concept that beauty is movement, balancing and rearrangement of volumes, Bioplasty is the most appropriate procedure to offer classical beauty to a face, with no surprises, as it is an interactive and minimally invasive procedure with natural results, for it consists in creating or reshaping angles or contours which are lacking or lost in the aging process. Fast and safe, as long as it is performed by a qualified professional with thorough technical knowledge, Bioplasty is effective with lasting results. It consists in the implant of biomaterials which support the muscles and tissues to make a real reengineering, boosting the formation of collagen in the body, in order to beautify and recover forms, besides slowing down the aging process.

Lips: another component of facial beauty

Lips are responsible for the aesthetic balance of the lower portion of the face. Several types of procedures have been developed to enhance the appearance of the lips. In this case, Bioplasty is also a good alternative that allows favorable and predictable results, since the filling and the design of lips are predefined on a consensus between doctor and patient.

Bioplasty and the ideal profile

Do you wish to reshape your nose to add beauty, balance and personality to your face?

Bioplasty is a good alternative.

Facial beauty depends on the balance between face segments, lines, projections and depressions, so that the ideal profile is the one in which these elements are in harmony with one another. Nose angles are fundamental to good aesthetics and may be modified by Bioplasty to add beauty, harmony and personality to the face while preserving the nose anatomy, improving its angles and shaping it into balance with other facial features.

Before, people used to seek their profile redefinition from a standardized nose model. Today, concepts involving beauty have changed, and have shown that it is not the shape of the nose that adds beauty to a face, but the harmonious relationship with other segments of the face, after all, beauty is a personal concept.

To achieve facial harmony—or to have the-answer-of-your-prayer profile—it is not always necessary to make major nasal corrections. However, whether large or small the correction needed, how to be sure of “that” harmonious result? Of the result in which the face will become is really more beautiful and natural? Of the result in which the nose will be is exactly as you wish?

Bioplasty provides confidence for the patient since it allows a physical simulation (a test) in real time prior to completion of the procedure itself. Furthermore, the patient may interact with the physician, also in real time, since he or she is only under local anesthesia, same as the dentists’. So, with a mirror in hand, the patient may follow the procedure, step by step, and consequently does not run the risk of having negative surprises at the end of the process. The patient may see the result as soon as it is over. In fact, he or she may leave through the front door of the clinic, as there is no major sign that the patient has just gone through a nose reshaping procedure but a small bandage shaper made of hypoallergenic surgical tape.

Under great safety, no general anesthesia, no hospital admission, no postoperative and no trauma, Bioplasty is a good alternative to nose jobs: the nose can be enlarged or reduced, angles improved with nasal anatomy preserved without interfering with the respiratory function. Even a nose that seems too large or with imperfections on the dorsum (a hump, for example), in a large number of cases, may be corrected through Bioplasty without fracturing the bone. The technique also allows, in selected cases, to reverse the result of a nose which has already been operated, when the patient is not satisfied with the outcome of this surgery. (…)

Bioplasty, the interactive “no-cutting” plastic surgery

The technique created by a “Gaucho”* plastic surgeon is revolutionizing the world

Regarded as “the plastic surgery of the third millennium”, Bioplasty is a revolutionary technology developed in Brazil, which spread with great success all over the world. Through it, an ugly person can be made beautiful, and a beautiful one even more beautiful. Take the case of Miss Rio Grande do Sul, Natalia Anderle, chosen as Miss Brazil 2008, as an example that it is possible to enhance the beauty of whom is already beautiful. Like her, many other candidates have won the highest title of Brazilian beauty with the help of Bioplasty.

The conventional plastic surgery is currently the most widely used resource for corrections in the human body, but it requires post-operative care. Considering that, I applied my knowledge of plastic surgery into developing a technique that would allow performing facial and body minimally invasive corrections through biomaterial implant at deep levels. This technique I have named Bioplasty.

What Bioplasty can do for you

Through Bioplasty, it is possible to restore volumes lost in the aging process, provide natural rejuvenation and, through a play of volumes, add harmony and beauty, to both face and body.

Rejuvenation with embellishing is one of the final results of Bioplasty

Bioplasty rejuvenates and embellishes, because it offers the doctor, who then becomes a sculptor, the ability to create more harmonious lines for those who do not have them. With this technique, it is possible to turn beautiful the ugly, highlight the existing beauty, turn shade into light, recover the lines of the aged face or complement and enhance the result of a previous plastic surgery.

Besides rejuvenating and beautifying, this novelty slows the aging process. That is because the implanted biomaterial generates support and formation of collagen in the muscle level. Its use has been extended to areas beyond the face such as the procedures to increase or lift the buttocks, thicken legs and enlarge the penis. Since it is minimally invasive and not a surgical procedure, Bioplasty allows the patient to have a normal life soon after, regardless the area where it was applied. It is a procedure just like going to the dentist’s and therefore does not require hospitalization. After application, the return home is immediate. (…)

Some people question me about the need to repeat the procedure. In this regard, it is necessary to explain that Bioplasty does not lose effect as long as it is performed with high quality materials authorized by Anvisa (the Brazilian FDA). It is not a vaccine against the aging process, although it slows down its development. The effects of lost volumes will return in the long run and, when that happens, another complementary Bioplasty may be recommended without contraindications as a natural alternative to this replacement.

Let’s talk about the technique

Bioplasty is a technique which consists in the implantation of biomaterials ([…] – polymethylmethacrylate microspheres) which stimulate one’s own collagen formation. This substance is implemented by a microcannula that does not cause tissue damage. The anesthetic puncture, which is applied to the skin through which the microcannula penetrates, is done with an anesthetic equal to that used by dentists.

The polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), a material used in Bioplasty, was synthesized in Germany in 1902. Among other applications, the product has been used as femoral prostheses cement for over 60 years, and also in the making of intraocular lenses (lenses that are implanted into the eyeball) and cardiac pacemaker. As implantable microspheres, PMMA has been used for more than twenty years. During this period, more than a million people have been subjected to implants with this substance, with no record of migration cases to other organs, which proves the efficacy and safety of the method. So there is no risk involving the biomaterial or Bioplasty. However, this technique should be applied by competent and qualified professionals – in this respect, it is where there should really be concerns regarding safety.

Although Bioplasty is a non-surgical medical procedure, it should be performed only by qualified physicians. Since it is a relatively simple technique, it is possible that non-qualified professionals come to practice it, jeopardizing the results. So I recommend to anyone willing to undergo the procedure to find a qualified professional. (…)

(…) Once the microcannula does not injure vessels and nerves, there is no risk of hematoma or ecchymosis (purple bruises). The biomaterial is not reabsorbed by the body—as so many people are curious to know—and does not move to other areas of the body. Neither does it cause allergies nor is there risk of rejection. The technique is considered an interactive cosmetic plastic procedure because the awaken patient may follow the course of the procedure, step by step. With a mirror in hand, the patient may participate, provide feedback and interact with the surgeon during the procedure. In addition, when not sure of what he or she wishes, it is possible to perform a “simulation” in which it is applied a resorbable substance that allows the patient to see the result before the final application is applied.

Nose Job

The nose, with regard to beauty, is considered the frame of the face. To be beautiful, it must be in harmony with other facial features. For example, often we see that a person seems to have a large nose. If we look at that face as a whole, we see that the chin is underdeveloped. So if that is small, the nose becomes proportionally large. By enlarging the chin through Bioplasty or a conventional plastic surgery, we see that the nose becomes apparently smaller, thus, balancing the profile.

Today, in selected cases, a good percentage of noses can be corrected by Bioplasty without need of bone fracture. Often, when we think we see a nose hump (protruding bone on the dorsum of the nose), in reality it is not a hump, but a depression just above this pseudo hump. If we fill this depression with Bioplasty, we will see that the hump disappears. As a straight line is the shortest distance between two points, then a straight nose looks smaller. If the tip droops, we apply Bioplasty to the nasal base, in a specific and determined point, the tip is lifted under the very patient’s eyes until the appropriate height is reached, resulting in a more beautiful and graceful nose. That done, as Bioplasty is an interactive plastic procedure, the patient looks himself or herself in the mirror and immediately sees the result. The Bioplasty procedure may be compared with a digital camera, in which the picture is taken, and the result may immediately be seen. It is a plastic procedure with no surprises. (…) Local anesthesia is used, and the procedure is almost painless.

In reconstructive nasal plastic procedure, Bioplasty is also highly recommended, especially with regard to the volume increase in the case of a “saddle nose”, tip asymmetries, or in the correction of a crooked nose. Anyway, it is a procedure that allows corrections without having to resort to grafting. Besides Bioplasty, we have the resource of the Nácul Suspensor Rhinoplasty. It is a new alternative nasal plastic technique without surgery, recently published in the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery journal, one of the leading journals on plastic surgery in the world. The nose correction is made through a point with biocompatible thread, anchored in supporting structures at strategic points in the nasal subcutaneous plane. Through this technique, we can lift the nasal tip without cuts, and at the same time make it more delicate, adding harmony to the facial profile.

Bioplasty may also be an aid of great value to plastic surgery which may be used to eliminate expression facial lines, to increase and project the chin, to define the mandible angle and line as well as the cheeks, to create the “blush” movement, to rejuvenate hands, to increase and lift buttocks, to give definitions to any muscle in the body, presenting in the end more harmonious and balanced features with very natural look.
